All bicycles are professionally tuned and inspected before being partially disassembled for secure shipping. They arrive in a heavy-duty bike box with clear assembly instructions and necessary basic tools included.

What is your return policy for cycling gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Gear must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets that have been worn.

Do my purchases come with a warranty?

Yes, all new bicycles sold by Steed Cycles carry a full manufacturer's warranty on the frame and components. We also provide a complimentary 90-day break-in adjustment service for local customers.
